Due to the original low cost of alterMIME Pro we are unable to continue to sell and support it while remaining financially viable. We will be considering the release of alterMIME Pro as "OpenSource" in the near future, however we will first need to raise sufficient capital to resolve licence obligations.

You may want to consider Xamime as an alternative solution. Xamime is currently selling for $479.00 AUD and supports disclaimers along with a lot of other options for general filtering.
