	Removed 'PM' from the valid list of commands.

December 28, 2006 17H15;

	Added print-to-cutter.sh, a simple shell script
	that will accept Postscript or other files
	accepted by pstoedit and convert/filter them
	and send to the cutter/plotter.

	Please check the contents of the script before
	putting it into production on your machine.
